Certification.
Robert is a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR).

Corporate experience
In 1980, Robert began developing sales professionals from college students to executives. He has provided personal coaching and corporate consulting for individuals from Cargill, 3M, Valspar, the American Red Cross, BI Performance Incentives, Slumberland, Clean Country, Ford, Honeywell, Liberty Diversified Industries, the Mall of America and many others. Recognized by the governor of Minnesota for small business development, he also served in Moscow and Siberia as a trainer and consultant at the joint request of the Russian government and U.S. Department of State. From the boiler room to the board room, Robert has worked with for-profit and non-for-profit enterprises in Europe, Asia, South America and the United States.

Academic expertise in business and leadership from strong institutions.
Graduate business degrees from St. John's University, and psychology and education degrees from the University of St. Thomas University complement undergraduate training at Lehigh University.

Expertise in assessment, coaching and counseling.
With a master's degree in counseling psychology, Robert worked as a school psychologist in the Minneapolis public school system (grades K-12). He also offered marriage and family counseling. With ready access to assessment tools, Robert has extensive experience with the Myers-Briggs Inventory, DiSC assessment, Personal Listening Profile, the FIRO-B and has created an assortment of instruments used exclusively by Success Dynamics International. He offers the personal touch of a coach and counselor to many aspiring, transitioning and successful executives.

Adult development and training.
Holding a graduate degree in adult development and learning technologies from the University of St. Thomas, Robert is an expert in learning and improvement. He was an active contributor in the creation of various university adult development programs. Working with e-learning and more traditional platforms for over twenty years, Robert has been actively engaged with training and continuing education. In higher education, he has worked with Southeastern University, Palm Beach Atlantic University, and Northwestern College to name a few. Moreover, he has trained many successful trainers and coaches.

Speaking and communication abilities.
Experienced in sales and teaching, Robert has delivered thousands of presentations on business and psychology. His motivational and presentation skills have consistently met with exceptional reviews from discerning audiences.

Continuous learning and improvement.
Robert has been and continues to be influenced by seminars from such notables as Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Les Brown, Tom Hopkins, Harvey McKay, Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn and others. Active in professional associations (ASTD, SHRM, Toastmasters and Coachville), he has been a frequent contributor and speaker.

Interest in results.
Involvement in people and their performance has lead to the creation extensive programs for individual and group growth. Robert has been the driving force and author for the vision and methodology of Success Dynamics International. The lessons and materials he has developed engage and inspire participants by experiential learning. Through interactive, entertaining, applicable events, Robert has enabled thousands to capitalize on their potential and achieve targeted success.
